Performance Evaluation

The Integrated System for Management and Performance Assessment in Public Administration (SIADAP), established by Law 66-B/2007, of 28th December, is applicable to the performance of public services, the respective managers and other workers.

The evaluation of workers (SIADAP 3) is biennial and concerns the performance of the two previous calendar years, starting the process with the contractualisation of the evaluation parameters – results and competences – during the month of February of the calendar year in which the evaluation cycle begins, with the evaluation carried out during the months of January and February of the year following the one in which the referred cycle is completed.
