The Integrated System for Management and Performance Evaluation of the Public Administration (SIADAP) established by Law No. 66-B/2007 of 28 December applies to the benefits of public services, their respective managers, and other employees.
Employee evaluation (SIADAP 3) takes place every two years, based on the performance of the previous two calendar years. In February of the calendar year in which the evaluation cycle begins, the appraisal parameters – outcomes and skills - are contractually defined, followed by the appraisal in January and February of the following year, after the cycle is completed.
