Ordinance No. 12459/2020, of December 22, 2020 (Portuguese Only) - Delegation and subdelegation of powers of the President of the Board of Directors to the Members of the Board of Directors, to the Director of the Financial Management Department, to the Director of the General Administration Department, to the Director of Property Administration Office and the Coordinator of the Planning, Organization and Internal Control Nucleus.
Order n.º 1990/2021, of February 23, 2021 (Portuguese Only) - Delegation and subdelegation of powers of the Board Member, Eng.º Vasco Costa, to the Director of the Property Management Department.

  • Statutory Auditor

The Statutory Auditor is the department responsible for controlling the Institute’s legality, regularity, and good financial and asset management.
This position is currently performed by the statutory auditor Eduardo Marques Ferreira, representing Ribeiro Ferreira – a Certified Public Accountant Society – whose mandate was renewed for a period of five years (21-11-2019 to 21-11-2024).
