Asset Management Office

The Public Goods Management is responsible for administering, conserving and managing assets which have been recovered, seized, or confiscated by the State, within the scope of national  criminal cases or  judicial cooperation procdeures.


Its activities are guided by the principle of transparency, aiming at responsible  and efficient management of the assets under its administration, and, increasing where possible, equity, since property sales are one of the competences allowed by current legislation.
The sale of goods is generally carried out through the online auction platform of the Order of Solicitors and Enforcement Agents (OSAE), at www.e-leiloes.pt, pursuant to article 11-C of Law no. 45/2011, of 24th June, amended and republished by Law no. 30/2017, of 30th May, in conjunction with article 2 of the Regulation on the Sale of Goods.
